Stanford Hospital

Stanford Hospital & Clinics rebuilt its 1950s-era hospital facilities to accommodate new medical technology, increase capacity needs and meet seismic safety requirements. The new 824,000 square foot hospital facility features 368 individual patient rooms, an enlarged Level-1 trauma center, and an emergency department more than twice the size of its existing space and new surgical, diagnostic and treatment rooms.

Palo Alto Medical Foundation (PAMF)

Palo Alto Medical Foundation's San Carlos Center, at 301 Industrial Road in San Carlos, is a state-of–the-art, full service medical center. The integrated campus, including an outpatient medical center and a hospital, was constructed in two phases.

Lucille Packard Hospital

As part of Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford's mission to provide family-centered care, the completed 521,000 square foot expansion features 150 new patient beds and more space for families to be with their child during treatment and recovery.

Sutter Medical Center (Castro Valley)

Sutter Medical Facility - Medical Office Building is a supporting building in the master plan to provide the next level of medical care.

Kaiser San Leandro C.U.P

The Kaiser San Leandro Hospital project consists of a 262-bed, six-story, OSHPD 1 Hospital, and a 30,000 square foot Central Utility Plant which consists of two levels.

Mercy Medical MOB

The Mercy Medical Pavilion is a three-story, 62,500 square foot medical office building located on-campus of the Mercy Medical Center - Merced in Merced, California.

Santa Clara Valley Medical Center

The Santa Clara Valley Medical Center's major overhaul was a $966 million construction project which retrofitted the hospital and medical buildings on the main campus at 551 S. Bascom Ave. in San Jose. The second phase cost over $400 million and includes the construction of a 140-bed building.

Oakland Kaiser Hospital

The new Kaiser Permanente Oakland Medical Center consists of a 12-story, 349-bed hospital, which replaced the hospital across MacArthur Boulevard. The construction was part of the state-mandated earthquake safety retrofit of all California hospitals.

Bakersfield Memorial Hospital

Bakersfield Memorial Hospital added a new five-story tower and 70,000 square feet to the facility. Numerous upgrades to the basement footings, columns and beams were required to meet the State's seismic standards for hospitals.

Valley Medical Center

Valley Health Center located in Sunnyvale, CA underwent a renovation of the existing facility and contracted with Swinerton Builders who brought in Olson Steel to detail, fabricate and install an architectural steel staircase with stainless steel rails.
