Vantage Amenity Building is a substantial 326,000-square-foot complex comprising a five-story building and a six-story building.

Ambassador Hotel

Olson Steel is responsible for retrofitting the interior structural steel for the extensive Seismic Retrofit of the historic Ambassador Hotel building in Downtown San Francisco. This challenging project includes erecting 6 stories of new interior structural steel framing and exterior steel buttress structures to seismically strengthen the existing 111 year old brick/wood framed building structure.

Facebook MPK 21 Interior Stairs

The interior circulation and lobby stairs for the Facebook MPK 21 building were fabricated and installed by Olson Steel. Another Frank Gehry design, these massive stairs feature a high-performance coating and wire mesh rails for the stairs and landings.

Facebook MPK 22 Exterior Stairs and Rails
