The two-story phase lobby renovation involved removing the unused stairs and interiors atrium, relocating the guard/reception desk to the lower level, elevator cabs, new water feature, exterior landscape improvements and a dramatic lighted ceiling treatment. VTA Canopies

Olson Steel built canopies for fourteen train platforms in downtown San Jose train platforms. These canopies serve as shelter for commuters waiting for Valley Transit Authority trains, and also enhance the look of the downtown area. Olson also provided stainless steel tree well railings and stair railings at many of the platforms.

Los Gatos Gateway (Netflix)

Olson provided an AESS design/build stair going up three floors as well as two sets of egress stairs with three lower levels and three upper levels. Custom radius railing was installed throughout the project and a 19 foot custom copper spire that can be seen from HWY 85.

Mills Peninsula Hospital

The new Mills Peninsula Hospital is a six-story, approximately 450,000-square foot general acute care hospital connected with an approximately 145,000-square foot office building.
